Poppys Luxury Lodge — Per Night (2 Person Rate) (1 night min)

There are three luxury beachfront suites. Located right in the heart of the resort, right on the best part of the beach. The wonderful views can be enjoyed from inbuilt “day beds” on the balcony, they also have outdoor hammocks, and sunloungers and sun huts for shade on the beach. The Lodge has the highest grade of furnishings. All suites are fully air conditioned. They have in room Wifi, TVs, mini fridges, and a complimentary mini bar stocked for your arrival.

Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults 1 child. Bedding configuration: King size bed, a single or cot can be added if required.

We’re often told that our 7 person dorms are among the best in Fiji. These are small, fresh, very clean well lit rooms which are aired and cleaned daily. The dorms are equipped with single beds (no bunks), quality pillows, mosquito nets, bedside tables, and individual reading lamps. Air-conditioned. Dorm beds are supplied with fresh clean linen, towels and a beach towel on a daily basis.

Private Bungalow — Per Night (2 Person Rate) (1 night min)

Surrounded by tropical gardens with individual balconies, this is the ideal way to balance privacy with budget. Each has a large comfortable king bed (can be split to singles for friends traveling together) , ceiling fan cooled, and makes use of the communal private detached bathroom facilities. Adults Only.

Bedding Configuration – Maximum occupancy: 2 person/s. Bedding configuration: King size bed, or split King. No Infants or Children allowed.

The Point Beachfront Suite — Per Night (1 night min)

These beautifully appointed, air conditioned suites are absolute beachfront. Nestled into the cliff face at the northern and southern ends of the property they have large balcony space that can be either separated or open to make one large balcony. Each suite has its own sundeck and open-air bathroom. With the combination of traditional Fijian architecture and modern building finishes sit back and enjoy paradise. These rooms have in room Wifi, TV, mini fridge, and a complimentary mini bar stocked for your arrival.

Premium Garden Bure — Per Night (1 night min)

These Traditional Fijian Huts are located just a few steps from the Beach. Each Bure has its own private outdoor bathroom. You’ll love our open roofed showers, they of course are completely private but offer that back to nature feel, gaze up at the tree’s, blue sky or stars at night. They have a balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture, and a outdoor hammock. The Bures are serviced daily. In addition to our fluffy bath towels we also provide fresh beach towels each day. These rooms are fan cooled.

Bedding Configuration – Maximum occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults/3 children. Bedding configuration: King size bed and single bed. Can add another single bed or bunk bed.

The Premium Garden Bure is Fan cooled with open aired tropical ensuite bathroom. Max three adults. Or 2 adults 3 children.

These Traditional Fijian Huts are located in our beautiful tropical gardens, still just a few short steps to the beach. Each Bure have their own private open air bathroom. You’ll love our open roofed showers, they of course are completely private, offering that back to nature feel, gaze up at the tree’s, blue sky or stars at night. These rooms are serviced daily. In addition to our fluffy bath towels we also provide fresh beach towels each day. These rooms are fan cooled.

Bedding Configuration – Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Bedding configuration: A King size bed plus a single bed, or added bunk beds for two kids.

Beachfront Bure — Per Night (1 night min)

These Traditional FIjian Huts are absolute beachfront, they have a balcony with comfortable outdoor seating, and an outdoor hammock, along with private sun loungers, and a grass umbrella for shade, right on the beach, it’s just a few steps from your room to the ocean. Each Bure has its own private outdoor bathroom. You’ll love our open roofed showers, they of course are completely private but offer that back to nature feel, gaze up at the tree’s, blue sky or stars at night. The bures are serviced daily. In addition to our fluffy bath towels we also provide fresh beach towels each day for our guests. These Rooms are fan cooled, have a mini fridge, and some complimentary bottled water daily.

The Beachfront Bure offers direct beach front access with your very own private sun hut and loungers. Fan cooled with open aired tropical ensuite. Max Adults is 3, or 2 Adults and 3 children.

Two Bedroom Family Villa — Per Night (4 Person Rate) (1 night min)

Our luxury two bedroom beachfront family villas, you have a choice of either end of the beach.These Villas are private and perfect for a family group of four to eight. Your own private beach chairs, hammocks and sun umbrellas. These rooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Tv’s In room Wifi, mini fridges, a complimentary mini bar stocked for your arrival.

Bedding Configuration – Maximum occupancy: 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. Bedding configuration: King Bed and singles or bunks can be added for children.

Deluxe Beachfront Suite — Per Night (2 Person Rate) (1 night min)

This is pure luxury, a two room beachfront Villa with its own separate lounge and kitchen, this suite comes with a full daily butler service, breakfast prepared in your kitchen by the staff, lunch served on your private dining table beach side. Your own private beach chairs, hammocks and sun umbrellas. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort. One child is allowed.

Bedding Configuration – King size bed plus single bed added for child as required.

One Child allowed in Deluxe Suite – infants on request.

Three bedroom Family Villa — Per Night (6 Person Rate) (1 night min)

This is pure luxury, a three bedroom Beachfront Villa with its own separate lounge and kitchen, this suite comes with a full daily butler service, breakfast prepared in your kitchen by the staff, lunch served on your private dining table beachside.

Your own private beach chairs, hammocks and sun umbrellas. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Prime beachfront location close to the pool and restaurant, right on the beach, steps from the sea, a private enclave for a family group. In room wifi, Tv’s, mini fridges and complimentary mini bar stocked for your arrival.

Bedding Configuration – Maximum occupancy: 7 Adults or 6 adults and 3 children. Bedding configuration: 1 X king bed in each bedroom. Singles and bunks added as required.

Octopus Resort is located 27 nautical miles from the Fijian mainland, on Waya Island, the largest land mass in the Yasawa island group.

Reach Octopus Resort by Boat:
Merlyn’s Magic or Aftershock: make a return trip to the island every day. The boat leaves Vuda Marina (a few miles from the Airport in Nadi) at 9am and then departs the island to make the return trip back to the mainland from Octopus at approx 1pm. *Please see below notes. The journeys take just over one and 1/2 hours each way and is scheduled to meet many of the flights serving Nadi Airport, allowing the maximum time possible on the island. Air conditioned minibus transport from the airport or from local hotels are included in the transfer cost.

*As we endeavour to accommodate as many customers as possible by occasionally changing our boat departure times to allow for flight delays for arriving aircraft, the departure time is subject to change slightly between 9am and 10am. Departure times from the island to the mainland may vary from 11.30am to 3pm depending on the needs of the in house guests on the day to account for early flight departures, the vessel will leave Octopus by 11.30am if there are 3pm flight departures, guests with flights departing Fiji before 3pm require a specific private charter, or “day before” departure. At other times, scheduled maintenance or sea conditions could delay the scheduled departure time. Guests requiring special transfers outside of these times can request a private charter.

Yasawa Flyer: The second option for reaching our little island is the “Big Yellow Boat”. Operated by South Sea Cruises, this catamaran ferry departs Denarau Marina at 8.30am and travels up past Octopus to the top of the chain, then returns.
Going north the boat stops at Octopus daily at 11am then carries on north to the top of the island chain (and our sister resort, The Blue Lagoon Beach Resort).
Returning south the boat stops at Octopus at 3.00pm before returning to Denarau Marina by 5.45pm each day.

Reach Octopus by Seaplane:
Seaplane transfers operate during daylight hours only, hence flight times varies according to the season, note that your flight can be delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions
PACIFIC ISLAND AIR – offer Amphibious floatplanes. They depart Nadi International Airport and from other locations by prior reservation arrangement. * the seaplane departs several times a day on an unset schedule.
Turtle Airways – if you are flying Turtle Airway please note that operational restrictions means they are not normally able to fly to Octopus Resort due to landing capabilities, they fly to our sister resort, Paradise Cove, which is approximately 25 minutes away by boat. The boat journey between both locations is weather dependent.

Reach Octopus by Helicopter:
Helicopters seating a maximum or six persons depart Nadi International Airport and from other locations by prior reservation arrangement. Helicopter flight to Octopus with Island Hoppers takes 21 minutes from Nadi International Airport.
