A 20% deposit will be transacted to secure your booking. 10% is non refundable.
Your reservation is confirmed upon prepayment 40 days prior to your arrival date by Fiji Travel Network.
The Meal Plan is compulsory and must be sold with accommodation rates.
A 2.5% Credit Card surcharge is applicable to any and all credit card transactions.
Transfer to the island is by a Third party and thus subject to rate change.
Responsibility for delays, cancellations and alterations of arrival, departure or travel plans is outside of the resort or this agencies control.
These T&C are covered in all respects by the LAW OF FIJI.
Fiji Travel Network is required to pass on any government legislation changes.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 you may at any time access and change your personal information or subscribed services. We will not disclose any personal details to any outside party. You will receive updated newsletters and promos as registered on our database.
An electronic receipt will be issued to you after each deposit and/or final payment. This Receipt is proof of purchase.
Zika Policy: If pregnant, you are responsible for making travel decisions based on global Zika virus information. You must notify the resort no later than 30 days of arrival date of any cancellation due to pregnancy and the Zika virus. Any cancellation inside of 30 days of arrival will result in the loss of pre paid accommodation, subject to policy guidelines.
Between 0 – 7 Days – 100% Cancellation Fee
Between 8 – 14 Days – 75% Cancellation Fee
Between 15 – 21 Days – 50% Cancellation Fee
Between 22 – 40 Days – 25% Cancellation Fee
Premature Departure or No Shows – No Refund
Zika Policy – cancellation inside of 30 days results in cancellation penalties.

Fiji Travel Network is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur through the period of your reservation and arrival.
Your transfers around the islands of Fiji can be affected by weather, boat issues or other unforeseeable events. We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against these issues which may prevent you reaching the island. In the event of circumstances beyond our control we will not offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers.
